THE WORK
How MLI Engages
Health systems access this framework through six distinct engagement types. Each is designed for a specific entry point, presenting context, and desired outcome. Most institutional relationships begin with one engagement and expand from there.
ENTRY POINT
Leadership Capacity Workshop
A half or full day intervention delivered to a department, leadership cohort, or physician group. Addresses nervous system dysregulation, capacity access failure, and practical pattern interruption tools the group can apply immediately.
This is not a taster session. It is a standalone intervention that delivers measurable value. Conversion to a deeper engagement happens naturally when participants recognize they want to go further.
Investment scoped to format and duration. Travel and on-site costs scoped per engagement. Virtual delivery available
CORE OFFER
The Group and Team Program
A 10-week structured engagement for up to 10 physician leaders or clinical team members. Weekly 90-minute sessions with micro-practices between sessions. Includes kickoff assessment, midpoint check, and closeout briefing with department head or Medical Affairs contact.
This is the primary revenue engine of most institutional relationships. It is your proof of concept vehicle and the offer that converts a case brief conversation into a signed contract.
Investment scoped per cohort. Additional cohorts can be added as the engagement expands, each scoped individually. Delivered virtually. Available to health systems across Canada and the United States.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
The Individual Coaching Engagement
A structured 1:1 engagement running 8 to 10 sessions over 10 to 12 weeks. Tailored to the presenting context referred, in active conflict, self-referring, or pattern unknown. Includes intake assessment, session work across three sequential phases, and a written summary of outcomes and forward commitments at close.
Frequently the entry point that converts a department head into a group program buyer.
Investment scoped to presenting context and complexity. Available as an add-on to a group program for department heads. Delivered virtually. Available across Canada and the United States.
DEPARTMENTAL ENGAGEMENT
The MLI Departmental Restoration Engagement
For clinical departments or physician groups following a critical incident, formal investigation, leadership transition, or prolonged dysfunction that has not resolved through standard HR and mediation processes.
Combines group sessions, individual touchpoints for key leaders, and a structured closeout with Medical Affairs or department leadership. Scoped individually based on department size, presenting context, severity of dysfunction, and desired outcomes.
This is the highest complexity and highest value engagement MLI delivers. It requires the most thorough intake process and positions MLI as system-level infrastructure not a coaching vendor.
Investment scoped following a discovery conversation, based on department size, severity, and duration. Includes an in-person closing retreat. Travel and on-site costs scoped per engagement.
KEYNOTE
The MLI Keynote
For medical association conferences, physician leadership summits, health system leadership retreats, and CME events. A 45 to 60 minute keynote built around the capacity restoration diagnostic and the business case for nervous system informed leadership development in healthcare.
Investment scoped to format and event context, plus travel and associated event costs. Half day workshop add-on available at combined rate.
SYSTEM PARTNERSHIP RETAINER
Ongoing Access for Health Systems
For health systems that have completed a group program or departmental engagement and want ongoing access to the framework for new physician leaders, emerging conflicts, or department-level maintenance work.
Monthly retainer providing defined touchpoints across individual and group contexts. Includes priority access for acute situations and quarterly briefings with Medical Affairs or CMO.
Investment scoped on a monthly retainer basis. Minimum six month commitment. Delivered virtually. In-person touchpoints available and scoped separately.
