Cheryl Meriot

Cheryl Meriot works at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and systems dynamics inside complex healthcare environments.

With 20+ years working inside complex healthcare systems at individual, leadership, and departmental levels, she brings direct operational knowledge of the regulatory, relational, and cultural dynamics unique to physician leadership environments.

Meriot Leadership Institute delivers that methodology to health systems and academic medical centres across Canada and the United States through physician leadership coaching, group and team programs, and departmental restoration engagements.

Her work addresses the root-level drivers of dysfunction inside high-pressure clinical environments not their surface presentations. The mechanism generating the problem, not the behavior it produces.
